Follow these steps to connect PlayQuizNow to your LMS
Get Tool Configuration
Copy the LTI configuration details from below to register PlayQuizNow in your LMS.
Add External Tool in LMS
In your LMS admin panel, add a new LTI 1.3 external tool using our configuration URLs.
Register Your Platform
Send us your platform's Client ID and endpoints, or use Dynamic Registration for automatic setup.
Add Quizzes to Courses
Create activities in your courses that link to PlayQuizNow quizzes. Students can launch directly!

Copy these URLs into your LMS admin panel

Moodle Setup
- Go to Site Administration → Plugins → External Tools → Manage Tools
- Click "Configure a tool manually" or "Configure a tool via URL"
- Enter the tool URLs from above (or paste the Dynamic Registration URL)
- Set LTI version to "LTI 1.3"
- Enable "Supports Deep Linking" for quiz selection
- Save and copy the generated Client ID
- Email the Client ID and your Moodle URL to info@playquiznow.com
Canvas Setup
- Go to Admin → Developer Keys → + Developer Key → LTI Key
- Select "Enter URL" and paste the Dynamic Registration URL
- Review the auto-populated configuration and save
- Turn the Developer Key state to "ON"
- Go to Settings → Apps → + App → By Client ID
- Enter the Client ID from the Developer Key
Other LMS Platforms
For Blackboard, Brightspace, Schoology, or other LMS platforms:
- Navigate to your LMS admin panel for external tools or LTI apps
- Add a new LTI 1.3 tool using the configuration URLs above
- After registration, send us your platform's Client ID and endpoints
- We'll complete the registration on our end within 24 hours
