Participant Opens Quiz
Employee clicks a quiz join link or enters a quiz code. PlayQuizNow detects the quiz requires corporate SSO.
Corporate Sign-In
A branded dialog appears: 'Sign in with [Your Company]'. One click redirects to the corporate login page (Microsoft, Google, Okta, etc).
Identity Verified
Employee authenticates with their corporate credentials. PlayQuizNow receives their verified identity: name, email, Employee ID, department, and designation.
Join & Play
The participant is instantly signed in and joins the quiz. No separate registration. All responses are tied to their verified corporate identity.

How to Enable Enterprise SSO
Get up and running in 5 simple steps.
Subscribe to the Enterprise Plan
Enterprise SSO is available on the Enterprise plan. Contact us at info@playquiznow.com if you'd like testing access before committing.
Create Your Organization
Go to the Organization page in your PlayQuizNow dashboard. Create your organization with a name and slug (e.g. 'HDFC Bank', 'hdfc-bank').
Configure Your Identity Provider
In the SSO tab, enter your IdP details: Client ID, Client Secret, Tenant ID (for Azure AD). PlayQuizNow auto-discovers OIDC endpoints.
Test the Connection
Click 'Test Connection' to verify PlayQuizNow can reach your identity provider's discovery document and endpoints.
Enable SSO on Your Quizzes
When creating or editing a quiz, go to the Audience section, select your organization, and toggle 'Require SSO for participants'.
